Our Story
Zaza’s on Main is the next evolution of a local favorite. Former Zaragoza owner Artie Praino has joined forces with Tyrone Taylor to bring a reimagined dining experience back to Main Street — one that carries the spirit of Zaragoza while expanding into bold, global cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and vibrant energy.
Together with their wives, Charleen Praino and Marisol Taylor, they’ve created a space that blends historic charm with modern style. This restaurant is both a homecoming and a revival — a place where New Milford can gather again to sit, sip & savor.
